Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of apply.kadamboverseas.com and the counselling services provided by Kadamb Overseas Pvt Ltd ("Kadamb", "we", "our"). By booking a call or paying the ₹9 booking fee, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use our service

You must be at least 17 years old or a parent/guardian of a prospective student. By submitting the booking form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.

2. The ₹9 booking fee

• The ₹9 fee is a booking confirmation fee, not a consultation fee.
• It reserves a 30-minute 1-on-1 slot with Saumitra Rajput, Founder.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details.
• The fee is fully refundable on the call (see Refund Policy).

3. What we promise

• You will speak directly with Saumitra Rajput (or, in rare cases of unavailability, a senior counsellor with at least 5 years of experience).
• The call will be conducted in good faith, focused on your stated goals.
• We will share information that is true to the best of our knowledge based on current university and visa policies.

4. What we don't promise

• We do not guarantee admission to any university — admission is decided solely by the university.
• We do not guarantee a visa — visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy/consulate.
• We do not guarantee a scholarship — scholarship grants depend on the awarding institution.
• Numbers presented (cost ranges, savings, success rates) are estimates based on past Kadamb students and may not reflect your specific case.

The ₹9 call gives you information and honest guidance, not outcomes.

5. Full counselling service (separate engagement)

If you choose to enroll for full counselling (university shortlisting, applications, SOPs, visa documentation, etc.), a separate written agreement and service fee will apply. Full service fees are not refundable except as stated in that separate agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or use the service to commit fraud
• Record or distribute the call without our written consent
• Use abusive or threatening language towards our team
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the website

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings (with refund) if these terms are violated.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, design, logos — belongs to Kadamb Overseas Pvt Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the ₹9 booking fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) admission rejections, visa denials, financial losses, or emotional distress.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
