The Kadamb ₹9 Promise
Refund Policy

If it's not worth it, we refund.
If at the end of your 30-minute call you feel it wasn't worth your time, we refund ₹9 within 24 hours. No forms. No questions. Same day in most cases.
1. What you paid for
₹9 reserves a 30-minute 1-on-1 counselling slot with Saumitra Rajput, Founder of Kadamb Overseas. It is a booking confirmation fee, not a fee for the consultation itself.
2. Eligibility for refund
You are eligible for a full ₹9 refund if any of the following applies:
- You attend the call and feel it wasn't valuable to you
- We cancel or reschedule the call and the new time doesn't work for you
- You no longer wish to proceed, and request a refund before the scheduled call time
- A technical issue on our side prevents the call from happening
3. How to request a refund
Three options — pick whichever is easiest:
- On the call: Just tell Saumitra. He'll initiate the refund before the call ends.
- WhatsApp: Message +91 99133 33239 with your name and booking date.
- Email: Write to support@kadamboverseas.com with the subject "Refund — ₹9 Booking".
4. Timeline
- Refund initiated by us: within 24 hours of the request (most refunds processed same-day during working hours).
- Time to credit back to your account: typically 5–7 business days for cards, 2–4 business days for UPI/netbanking. This is the bank/Razorpay timeline, not ours.
- You'll receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated, with the Razorpay refund reference ID.
5. Adjustment against full counselling fees
If you choose to enroll with us for full counselling, the ₹9 you paid is automatically adjusted against your service fees — no need to request a refund separately.
6. What is NOT refundable
Once you enroll for our full counselling service (separate engagement), the fees paid for that engagement are governed by the terms of that specific contract — not this policy. Please review your service agreement before signing.
7. Mode of refund
Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the same payment method you used (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet). We cannot refund to a different account.
8. Disputes
If you're dissatisfied with how a refund was handled, escalate to support@kadamboverseas.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 7 working days. Indian consumer protection laws apply, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
